DR. HABIB CHAMOUN IN VIENNA ON WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 25,

Dr.
Habib Chamoun-Nicolas held a very successful lecture in
the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna, in the presence of the
Lebanese and Mexican ambassadors. He exposed the
adequate methodology of analysis used to negotiate in
time of crisis according to the Phoenician philosophy.
